How do I know if the concert is postponed or canceled?
We update our website as soon as information about the postponement or cancellation of a show is sent to us by the concert producer. Go to the “Line-Up” webpage: canceled concerts are indicated by a “canceled” insert, postponed concerts are rescheduled on the new date.
The concert I want to go to no longer appears on the “Line-Up” webpage, is it postponed or canceled?
Shows that no longer appear on the “Line-Up” page are in the process of being postponed, but we do not yet have an official postponement date. We will inform you of the new dates and reimbursement terms as soon as they are sent to us by the production teams. Thank you for your patience.
The concert I bought tickets for is postponed, do my tickets remain valid?
In most cases, tickets purchased for the initial date remain valid for the new date. You don’t have to do anything.
I won’t be able to go to the rescheduled concert, can I get a refund for my tickets?
If you want, you can of course be refunded for the tickets purchased if the concert is postponed or canceled. Please contact yout ticket sale point.
