Since 2011, Californian quintet The Neighbourhood have zigzagged between conventions and expectations. Launched by their platinum debut album “I Love You” and the single Sweater Weather, they reached such heights as the Coachella festival and famous American Late Night Shows. Their third album, released in 2018, was a huge commercial success with over a billion streams and views.

What’s next? The fourth album heralds a change initiated by the singer, Jesse Rutheford, who brings out a new character, hidden under a layer of silver paint: Chip Chrome.
