Get ready for an evening of cult bangers and new nuggets, all in a raw, authentic London ambience. See you at Le Bataclan on 13 June 2025 for a live smackdown from The Streets!
The Streets transform the banal into the extraordinary. Everyday life, often redundant and boring, is scrutinised by frontman Mike Skinner. Long regarded as a British hip-hop legend, he has followed in the footsteps of British garage, drum & bass, house, bassline, grime and rap to forge a solid reputation as a working-class hero, speaking to society's outcasts.
Through their music, which spans five albums and a mixtape, The Streets analyse the subtleties of everyday life and portray it from the point of view of the average person.
Whether it's foggy nights in nightclubs, waking up drunk, unemployment or unrequited love, everything is inspected with finesse.
Then he embarked on a new adventure: his feature film The Darker The Shadow The Brighter The Light and the album of the same name. After seven years' work, Skinner found himself in uncharted territory, having directed, produced, written, edited, composed and acted in the film, pushing back his creative limits.
Now Mike Skinner is back on stage, with a special date in Paris at Le Bataclan on 13 June 2025!
