Originally from Hermosillo, Mexico, and brought up in a family where music has always been present, Carín León grew up listening to various genres such as pop, rock and, of course, regional Mexican music. Guided by the inspiration of musical greats such as José Alfredo Jiménez, Juan Gabriel and Alejandro Sanz, Carín embarked on his musical journey at the age of 15, taking his first steps by learning to play the guitar and cultivating his singing and writing talents. His first solo album was released in 2018, 'Desvelada con Banda y Mariachi'. Since then Carín León has continued his rise with albums and singles that have won numerous awards in South America.

Today, he is the leader of the genre and a pioneer in the evolution of the regional Mexican sound. His bold melodies and lyrics invite audiences to discover the roots and new essence of this distinctive musical genre. His talent has left its mark on the music industry, and he is the winner of several Latin Grammy and Grammy awards. The fusion of all Carín's facets as an artist, performer, composer and producer gives life to a musical movement that transcends borders.
