MANU LANVIN & THE DEVIL BLUES

Manu Lanvin is an over-the-top singer and guitarist who has proved that he has tamed the blues since his first album, the aptly named "Venir Au Monde", released in 2000. Accompanied by his band the Devil Blues, he has been touring the world for almost 15 years now. From the Apollo Theater in New York to the Montreux Jazz Festival, Musilac, Jazz à Vienne, Cognac Blues Passions and many others, each of his appearances has been praised by the press and has attracted a growing community of fans.

Like Johnny Hallyday, who knew how to spot the most talented instrumentalists, the great Quincy Jones became infatuated with the intrepid guitarist, regularly inviting him to perform on the stages of the Jazz Foundation Of America. Other exponents of the genre, such as Paul Personne, Popa Chubby and Taj Mahal, have gone so far as to describe this devil of a man, with his gravelly voice and uncommon stage energy, as the next generation, if not one of the best ambassadors of blues-rock today. In autumn 2025, Manu Lanvin and his Devil Blues will be back with a 5th and new album, an electrifying compendium of rhythms, riffs and hard-hitting melodies. It's yet another milestone in the dazzling career of this pillar of modern blues.
