Consumer ombudsman

The consumer is entitled to use the services of a consumer ombudsman with a view to achieving an amicable resolution of a dispute between it and a professional organisation, under the terms and conditions set out in articles L. 612-1 to L. 612-5 and R. 612-1 to R.6125 of the Consumer Code.

If no solution has been reached within thirty (30) days of the consumer’s request having being received, the consumer will be able to have recourse to the “Association des Médiateurs Européens” (AME CONSO), which can be contacted either by completing the form on the website, or by post, at AME CONSO, 11 Place Dauphine – 75001 PARIS.
