Consumer ombudsman

The consumer is entitled to use the services of a consumer ombudsman with a view to achieving an amicable resolution of a dispute between it and a professional organisation, under the terms and conditions set out in articles L. 612-1 to L. 612-5 and R. 612-1 to R.6125 of the Consumer Code.

If no solution has been reached within thirty (30) days of the consumer’s request having being received, the consumer will be able to have recourse to the Médicys association, which can be contacted either via its website,, or by post, at Médicys 73 boulevard de Clichy, 75009 Paris.
