CLOAKROOM

CLOAKROOM A cloakroom is available close to the entry into the auditorium.

Spectators may deposit their personal belongings. The exception is suitcases and bags, the volume of whose contents may not exceed 25 centilitres,

Excluded also are objects forbidden in public places by law (including but not limited to weapons, illicit substances …).

Suitcases and bags, the volume of whose contents equal or exceed 25 centilitres, will not be accepted in the cloakroom.

The prices charged are 3€ for coats, scarves, etc., and 5€ for bags.

LOST PROPERTY

Each owner must, before leaving the Bataclan, reclaim their own property if left in the cloakroom. In case of loss of the cloakroom ticket, no objects left can be returned before the cloakroom closes. Any property left after the cloakroom has closed is kept for a period of one month, during which owners can reclaim them. Any item unclaimed will either be destroyed or given to charity. To reclaim lost property, please ring the Bataclan call centre the day after the event, or alternatively log-in to the online claim form.

BAR (FOOD AND REFRESHMENTS)

A bar is available on the premises. Cash and credit card payment is accepted. It is forbidden to bring food or drinks into the auditorium.

NO SMOKING

Under government order No. 2006 – 1386 of 15 November 2006 and article L.3513-6 of the French Code of Public Health, smoking and vaping are strictly forbidden in the auditorium. A space for smokers is specially reserved outside the premises.

ACCREDITATION

The venue does not manage requests for accreditation. Applications for licence to record sound and/or images must be made direct to the event organisers or managers of the performing artistes concerned (production company, record label, etc.).

PHOTOGRAPHIC AND VIDEO RECORDING DEVICES

Cameras of all kinds are prohibited, except for professionals who have been granted special permission after application to the producers of the show, to a relevant record label, or to the managers of the performing artistes concerned.

Please beware. Special considerations or restrictions may apply. If so, they will be brought to your attention on entry.

PROHIBITED OBJECTS

The following objects (but not limited thereto) are forbidden in the auditorium: flammable products, explosive and pyrotechnical devices (aerosols, lasers, among others …); firearms, knives and blades of all kinds, cutting and blunt objects liable to serve as weapons, helmets, masks, hoods, umbrellas and glass bottles, plastic bottles (containing more than 50c); recording devices (photographic equipment, cameras, microphones) and smartphone booms; baby buggies, roller skates, scooters, skateboards and bicycles; rucksacks and suitcases (more than 15 litre volume), megaphones, flags, balloons; all animals except guide dogs; all food or drink. Reminder that smoking is prohibited everywhere, with the sole exception of the smokers’ area. Illicit or prohibited substances of all kinds are forbidden.

MINORS

Children aged less than three years are not allowed entry into the BATACLAN precinct, excepting only shows for children, in which cases children must be more than a year old. Infants of a lesser age are not admitted. If the parents or guardians in charge of below age children are denied entrance to a show, tickets paid for will not be reimbursed. Parents are reminded of their responsibility to provide protection of the hearing of their children.

Minors aged between 16 and 18 must show proof of parental authorisation to attend. For guidance, a standard parental authorisation form is available as an attachment to BATACLAN’s internal regulations.
