First of all we wanted to warn you against fraudulent ticket resellers. Bataclan has joined the #fanpasgogo initiative, which is raising awareness among the public concerning the purchase of illicit tickets. These black market dealers are detrimental to the audiences as well as to our work as a performance hall, and to the artists and producers of the shows. Be careful when buying a ticket, and only trust the official resellers! We decline any responsibility in case of invalidity of the ticket.
We do not have a ticket office, and you can’t buy a ticket by phone neither. Tickets can only be purchased online. For people with disabilities, please visit our specific webpage !
You don’t have to print your ticket, e-ticket on smartphone are fine. Exception made for e-ticket screenshot. However, make sure you have enough battery on your phone.
TICKET BUYING AT THE TICKET OFFICE
If the concert is not sold out, you will be able to purchase a ticket at the front desk but only for the evening show. If the concert is sold out, it sometimes happens that producers put a few tickets up for sale at the last moment. You will then be informed on our social medias.
Tickets purchased from ticketing networks such as Fnac, France Billet, Ticketmaster, Digitick and Ticketac ticketing networks cannot be collected at Le Bataclan. Websites such as Billetréduc and Theatreonline provide their customers with vouchers to be exchanged for regular tickets at Le Bataclan ticket office one hour before the show begins. If in doubt, the necessary steps to retrieve your tickets are indicated on your order confirmation.
To be able to make a payment by credit card on our online ticketing service, you have to check with your bank if the 3D Secure option is activated, and linked to your mobile phone number. In addition, we do not accept payments by American Express or Paypal.
You can make sure that your purchase has been registered, by going to your personal space (indicated by your first name at the top left on the webpage) and then in the “My Orders” section. Your e-ticket will also be downloadable on this personal space. You can also contact our ticketing service to check the status of your order (please refer to the contact above).
Tickets are not designated by name. You will therefore be able to access the concert venue even if your name does not appear on the ticket.
MODIFICATION / CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER
Tickets cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded, unless the performance has been postponed or cancelled by the organizer.
The price, date and hour mentioned on the ticket, or the order slip, must be checked over by the client at the time of purchase to make sure that they match the desired service. Any subsequent claim will not be taken into consideration whatsoever.
In accordance with Article L. 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, the customer cannot exercise his right of withdrawal in regards to recreational services (performances) to be provided on a predetermined date or a specific frequency.
No refund or exchange will be accepted in the event of tardiness as the performance’s starting time is clearly indicated at the time of purchase and on the tickets.
Out of respect for the audience and the artists, access to the numbered seats booked is no longer guaranteed once the performance has started.
