Rich Brian established himself as a true rap sensation long before he began his professional career. Revealed in 2016 thanks to his worldwide viral single "Dat $tick", he quickly confirmed his status as a rising star with his albums "Amen" (2018, 88rising) and "The Sailor" (2019, 88rising), which propelled him onto the biggest international stages. Driven by a singular and captivating artistic vision, he also multiplied his collaborations, notably with Bbno$, and seduced a loyal audience around the world before retiring for several years, marked by a pandemic and profound questioning.

This period of introspection gave rise to his new project, "Where Is My Head? (2025, 88rising), a musical fresco in which Rich Brian delivers the most personal and authentic art of his career. Entirely self-produced, the album explores a variety of sounds, from alt-pop and psychedelic to hip-hop and grunge, reflecting his desire to get to the bottom of his ideas. Working alone in the studio, he has transformed this experience into a veritable quest for artistic freedom, far removed from convention.

With tracks like "Little Ray of Light", "Butterfly" and the ambitious "Timezones", Rich Brian reveals his intimate songwriting and bold production. A blend of raw emotion, sonic experimentation and meticulous visual storytelling, his work marks a decisive turning point in his career and opens a new chapter.
