The team's view

When you hear SiR's voice, you instantly feel the chills. To be sure, just listen to his brand new album, Heavy, a gem of soul and R'n'B tending towards rap, one of the best lines in his superb discography. For over ten years, the Californian singer has been distilling a music of exacerbated sensitivity, which will take on its full dimension live at Le Bataclan on 2 July 2024. I promise, it will be magnificent.

About

In the ever-changing and ever-evolving R&B landscape, SiR has remained a staple since his debut project Seven Sundays released in 2015, followed by his HER EP collection in 2016 and 2017 -HER and HER TOO - which garnered huge praise and led to the release of his sophomore album November, in 2018.

He continued the momentum with the release of his now critically acclaimed classic Chasing Summer the following year in 2019, which included the RIAA Gold single "Hair Down" featuring Kendrick Lamar, "John Redcorn" and "You Can't Save Me". During Pandemic, SiR released a one-off single "Rapper Weed" and his acclaimed rendition of "Footsteps in the Dark Pts. 1 &2." SiR entered the next phase of his burgeoning career in 2022 with the release of "Satisfaction," "Life Is Good" and "Nothing Even Matters." In 2024, SiR released two more singles, "No Evil" and "Karma", with label mate Isaiah Rashad. SiR's fourth album, HEAVY, shares his struggles with addiction, fame, love and more. On the album's ninth track, "YOU", the singer-songwriter finds happiness again with his significant other after being estranged from her for some time.
