The team's view

Have you ever dreamed of going green, dropping everything in the blink of an eye to go and grow carrots and raise goats in the middle of the fields? Well, since 2016, it's possible. Well, almost. The video game Stardew Valley, a truly global retro phenomenon, has had its original soundtrack reinterpreted at Le Bataclan by a chamber orchestra exploring the theme of the four seasons, all validated by the big boss, the Creator (of the game), Eric Barone. A cult concert in the countryside.

About

Stardew Valley: Festival of Seasons

For the first time in France, as part of the world tour, the official concert of the Stardew Valley video game is coming to Paris for an exceptional date at the Bataclan!

Stardew Valley: Festival of Seasons rediscovers the music of the cult game through a chamber music orchestra featuring some very talented performers. The concert consists of several parts, each representing one of the four seasons. The game's compositions for Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring will take centre stage, and other memorable themes associated with locations, festivals and villagers will also be on the programme.

Fans will be able to enjoy music such as Dance of the Moonlight Jellies and Stardew Valley Overture, as well as many other surprises. Each track in the concert has been carefully selected by the game's creator, ConcernedApe aka Eric Barone, with arrangements led by expert conductors, including rising star Thanapol Setabrahmana, and internationally acclaimed conductor Sarah-Grace Williams.

"It's been incredible to see the reaction to the announcement of Festival of Seasons. It's a testament to the overwhelming passion of the Stardew community, and I'm thrilled that more people will now be able to experience this music through a live performance."
