About

"We know that our fans in Europe and the UK have been waiting a long time for this announcement," says Ryan Key. "We're thrilled to announce that not only will we be coming to play shows in November, but we'll also be bringing the line-up from our 20 years of Ocean Avenue tour to the States last summer! Our good friends from Story of the Year and This Wild Life will be joining us for the tour. These are our first headline shows in Europe since 2016, so don't miss out!"

Coming back after a break-up is never easy, but Yellowcard have proved that after six years away, not only did their hearts grow fonder on their return, but their audience has also grown exponentially. Their recent Summer 2023 tour was their biggest yet, playing the biggest venues they've ever played, and their critically acclaimed new EP Childhood Eyes has earned them features in Rolling Stone, FORBES, Alternative Press, Consequence of Sound, among others! With the 20th anniversary of their Ocean Avenue album, Yellowcard are back in force.

In December 2023, two-time Grammy®-nominated music producer and DJ Steve Aoki unveiled a nostalgic dance remix of Yellowcard's hit "Ocean Avenue" to celebrate the 20th anniversary of this timeless classic. The remix features fresh production, exhilarating dance steps and vibrant energy. Commenting on the remix, released by Dim Mak, Aoki said: "We combined our different musical styles to create the perfect fusion of alternative rock and electronica for this track. Honouring Ocean Avenue's 20th anniversary by blending these sounds has been an incredible experience". Yellowcard also collaborated with Nashville-based post-rock duo HAMMOCK this year to reimagine some of their greatest hits on A Hopeful Sign. Released on 9 February 2024 via Equal Vision, the new album revisits some of the alt-rock band's most memorable tracks and reimagines them in a neo-classical, ambient space, deconstructing the songs and reconstructing them in the form of a whole new aural experience. The album's first single, 'Ocean Avenue', takes the band's signature hit and transforms the song from a pop-punk anthem into a contemplative, delicate piano ballad.
